Serving all of Northern Lancaster County
Welcome to small town hospitality at its finest!
Founded in 1922, the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating its 95th anniversary in 2017. Presently, the Chamber office is housed in a restored train station located at 16 East Main Street that was built in 1889 to service the Reading and Columbia railroad. The Chamber office also serves as the Visitors Center in downtown Ephrata.
The Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce services over 280 members in the Northern Lancaster County area. Its mission is to enhance the business community of Northern Lancaster County and surrounding areas through economic, civic, cultural, social and educational programs. The Chamber, designated as a 501(c)(6), is able to fulfill its mission through the generosity of local businesses who understand the importance of maintaining a vibrant and local Chamber of Commerce. Without the dedication of its members, through membership dues, various fundraisers throughout the year as well volunteer work, the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce would not be possible. As such, we are grateful to those businesses and individuals who have contributed their time and resources to sustain our long-lived institution.
